Our Students Love Us

The West African Drumming Class held at the AUUF Busch Center has allowed my thirteen-year-old son and I to learn new skills, connect with amazing people, and experience the grounding vibrations of the collective drumming circle..”Megan

Tuesday yoga is a class I always schedule my week around because I truly enjoy both the instructors and the class.  The instructors are professional and have years of experience teaching yoga.  They truly have a way of encouraging everyone throughout the class that makes everyone feel comfortable and that they can do the postures.  The class is a safe place for all no matter age or gender.  Everyone is welcome!  There are modification choices given for each class and I never feel pushed to do anything that isn’t right for my physical ability.  I always come away feeling energized and that I have gotten a good workout in.  I cannot recommend this class enough to everyone interested in yoga whether it is your very first yoga class or you’ve been many times, this is the place for you!

Rachel

The yoga practice hosted at AUUF has been a gamechanger.  I feel safe to come there as I am with no prerequisites.  Connecting with my body and the community, practicing yoga always leaves me feeling better than when I arrived- often much better.  It’s sometimes tough to do the self-care of showing up- but once I do that, the instructors make the rest easy, powerful and heart filling.

Thanks for keeping my old creaking bones quiet for awhile.
